I dropped my BMW R1250 GSA on Friday. This was a first for me, for this bike anyway. I had already installed the black Wunderlich Head Protection on my bike back in 2022, thinking this was an excellent solution. When I picked the bike up, I noticed the bottom of the rear angled plate of the cylinder protection that went around the lower crash bars was bent upwards. The crash bars have actually pushed the back of that L-shape plate upwards. The design of these cylinder head protection bars needs to be redesigned so that the cylinder plate takes the force of the impact. NN SAYS THESE ARE DESIGNED TO TAKE THE IMPACT AND SAVE THE MORE EXPENSIVE ENGINE BARS. The item is 2 years old,
