Original battery died and the Motobatt was chosen for the extra power. Extra +ve and -ve posts could be useful in the future. Seems good so far. Make sure you take a note of the serial number to get the extra warranty but hope to not need that.

New battery fitted easy enough, and bike starts just in time to keep riding through winter.

After 26,000 miles the original battery on my BMW boxer was failing, and I needed a replacement to keep me rolling. These big twins need a battery that provides a punch, and this option does just that.
The yellow Motobatt unit is a fraction smaller and fitted easily into the space, and with 4 posts instead of 2 makes additional connections easier.
Now the bike starts immediately, and I am very pleased.

This is the second Motobatt that I have purchased, they are without a doubt one of the best batteries you can buy for your bike.i I change my batteries every two years to ensure that I always have the power to start the bike. After a trip to south of France when the bike wouldn’t start on the outward journey at The channel tunnel.

Seems to have plenty of cranking power so should be a suitable replacement for the previous battery which struggles to turn the engine if sitting for a few days

My battery was struggling to keep a charge for more than a few days so needed a replacement. Arrived quickly and fitted straight in. Seems to be working well so far and the extra CCA over standard seems to also help a little

Replaced original battery due to quick voltage drop when ignition on before starting. The motobatt replacement is like for like in size,so makes it a easy job with no messing ,with the added bonus of having 2 negative and 2 positive posts so adding additional accessories is much neater than trying to fit them all on 1 post. The cranking speed seems better and i can leave the ignition on when setting satnav ect. without a rapid voltage drop. Great service as usual from nippy normans and a great price .(Remember to take a note of the new battery serial number before fitting, you will need it to register the battery for the extended 2 year warranty

The stock battery was nearly 4 years old showing no signs of being a problem but I decided to change anyway. The size of this battery is good and the extra cranking power helps. So far so good.
