USB socket was simple to fit and relocation of the DiN was a bonus. As always a very nippy service with Norman.😉

Great piece of kit, easy to fit and everything works as intended and in a tidy manner. The bike's bolt for the relocated bracket is indeed kind of short but has enough threads to hold on and isn't actually bearing any load so there should be no issue.

Very fast delivery and excellently packaged. Instructions are very easy to follow and fitted took about 15 minutes. The finish on the parts makes it look like factory stock. Excellent service so will use again if I need any parts.

Quality bit of kit USB plug is a straight swap and the relocation kit is great for plugging in my heated vest, A simple another job but involves disconnecting the battery,

Excellent upgrade from standard Mike on Jun 24, 2023

Really easy to fit. Watched a YouTube video which showed unscrewing the retaining nut first & pulling the din socket up through the hole & access to the release tab is then really easy. Connected the usb to the loom & used the original locknut which stayed on the loom. All done in ten minutes. Relocating the din socket was also really easy & it looks oem. The original shoulder bolt is a bit short but I had a slightly longer one spare so I used that. Excellent bit of kit, would recommend Enables charging of phone and my Sena intercom too so it’s a no brainier for me, should have done it ages ago

Item dispatched quickly and would have arrived quickly. The courier however left it on a bench in somebody's front garden about half a mile away, in the pouring rain. The goods were soaked and the paperwork completly ruined. After drying out, the sockets were very easy and quick to fit and did not require any specilaist knowledge. Very happy with the result. There are some good videos on youtube that help with the installation. Good product. NN SAYS Our apologies - we have spoken to the courier and they have said that it was a temporary worker on that day and they have now left the company. It will not happen again.

Should have been standard on the bike! DIN relocated easily for a battery tender and the USB upfront for charging the phone in the tank bag or quadlock. Highly recommended upgrade

Easy to fit, does what it says on the tin Marek Baldy on Aug 11, 2022

Good quality, easy to fit. The rubber USB covers could close a little more securely, would give greater confidence they won't spring off under heavy vibration.

Easy to fit, fast delivery. Great service.

Good kit but with a couple of issues Noel Hughes on May 09, 2022

An excellent kit once fitted although there are two aspects to fitting which cause problems. The first is releasing the connecting lead from the standard 12V plug which is held by a small security locking clip. A small bladed electrical screwdriver helps to release this locking clip where fingers cannot possibly reach. Otherwise there is no need to remove either the dash or screen. A spanner is included in the kit to turn the large nut holding the DIN plug to its original bracket and to secure the replacement USB plug. The second issue, which is more of a problem, is that the custom-made bracket used to reposition the 12v DIN plug to the frame under the rider seat is secured using the standard frame bolt removed from the tray containing the Bosch electronics to the frame. Unfortunately the thickness of the additional metal flange in the custom-made bracket means that a longer bolt is required. The standard BMW bolt is approx. 12mm in length but due to a shoulder and tapered end this leaves only 10mm of thread available for use. With the additional bracket in place the standard securing bolt is far too short and only a few threads are therefore available to hold the whole lot in place. Replacing the bolt with a longer dome headed bolt with at least 12-14 mm of thread available makes the whole thing secure just as BMW intended. It is a pity therefore that a longer A2 bolt is not included in the kit. NN SAYS Sold plenty with no issue so cannot understand the query.
