We ordered two of these. One worked fine, but the wire wouldn't retract in the other, which we returned to Nippy Norman. So a mixed review. The functioning lock was quick and easy to use, so just what we wanted to secure items during café stops through France. NN replied efficiently and gave us a credit once the defective lock was returned and received, but this doesn't include shipping cost refunds - we'd paid extra for express delivery. While these locks are sold under the Givi brand, I wonder whether they're made in China? We'll see how long the remaining lock lasts! I'll post again if this one fails as well.

Great accessory for pocket or tank/tail bag. Used for securing jacket and/or helmet to bike. A determined thief with decent wire cutters may overcome it but it certainly is a good visual deterrent. Excellent service again from NN.

Great item for attaching helmets or jackets to the bike. Great in warmer weather when you don't want to carry or wear your jacket

Nice piece of kit not too big or bulky. Easy to use but combination dials can be a bit fiddly sometimes. Better than a separate cable and lock. Good deterrent should stop an opportunist
