Easy to fit once instructions has been deciphered. Don't remove the 2 screws at the rear of the filler cap, just the 4 at the front. If you loosen them all, the filler mouth drops slightly and it can be difficult to get the new ones in.

This tank ring does exactly what it says. It holds the tank flange in place. I did not realise that it doesn’t come with the tank flange that you also need to mount the tank bag. I needed that and I assumed from the photo that I would get the flange too. However you don’t. Nippy Norman also stock those so I was able to quickly order the flange I needed and it turned up in a few days. Apart from that, it does what it says on the tin!

The ring only took a couple of minutes to fit, although you need to purchase a Givi bag to get the actual ring - this is just the adapter part. The setup works well although I had to turn the satnav mount round as it made contact with the bag (only a problem if your mount is fitted to the handlebar bolts).

This is very misleading as it does not make clear you need an extra part to fit the bag. It shows the complete thing in the photo but you just get the flat ring and then need to purchase the other bit

The part referred to by the customer (GiVi TankLock Bag Flange - universal) is included with EVERY GiVi tank bag and therefore no need to include with the above product. We sell it as some customers lose them OR they wish to fit the tank bag onto two bikes.Hope this helps to explain.

Easy enough to fit, but actually you need another tool, a hex, not a screwdriver to fit, and it's not at all clear as to which way you should fit it, resulting in wasted minutes or longer wondering why the tank bag doesn't attach. It takes a close look to see whether it's on the right way up, great when sorted and trouble free

I did not feel that it was obvious that the item was the specific model flange only as the catalogue picture depicted all the component parts.
The product was a perfect fit, but I had to buy the actual tank bag mounting ring locally for the measly sum of a fiver or so as NN was not aware that it could be bought separately. NN service was quick and well done with good communication, replying to all emails.
