The main purpose of purchasing this seat was to lower the overall seat height and provide additional rider comfort, the seat is of good quality, and I’m very pleased with product.

Thinner and very slightly less cushioning than the OEM seat, but because it is considerably narrower it doesn't push one's thighs apart! Thus its easier to put ones feet down

Having found the height of the standard GSA seat a little high even on the low setting i fitted the Wunderlich Active Comfort Low seat which reduces the seat height to 840-860 mm. The seat is all dat comfortable having toured on it for a week and overall covered 2500 miles on it. I do not find that the lower seat height has noticeably affected my knee angle. Quality of the seat is as good as any OEM seat.

The seat was recommended by a friend and I must say it definitely is more comfortable than the original bmw seat and being lower gives me more confidence when caught in traffic jams and coming to a stop.

At 6ft I’m not short in the leg but I ordered the lower version because I’d read other people had found this really comfortable, and on occasion when loaded I prefer to have a bend in my legs, I’ve been using this on the bikes high setting and it’s just perfect , the seat is very comfortable 150 smiles and no probs, also super quality, like you would expect from wunderlich , very pleased with this seat , what a big difference it makes ,

I already have this Wunderlich seat on my air cooled 2007 GSA so know how good they are.
The original seat on the 2021 GSA had me perched on top of the bike. I am not short at 5'11" and the standard seat has me unable to place both feet flat on the floor. The Wunderlich (lower model) seat allows me to get both feet flat on the floor. I am now sat in the bike and not on it. It is a vast improvement and I know from my other bike this seat is comfy enought to do 700 miles in a day.

An expensive item that’s for sure, but so much better than the OEM seat. I rode 400 miles in one day recently and no issues, I definitely couldn’t have done that with the original seat. The Wunderlich is noticeably firmer and encourages you to sit in a slightly different position and it works very well. Great investment and speedy trouble free delivery as usual

Disappointed. Good quality seat and fits perfectly but not as described on the website in that there is no document box but there is a clip for the endure pro plug. However the main issue is that I find it only marginally more comfortable than the standard seat and certainly not £329 better.
