Reviews of Wunderlich Gap Bag - R1200GS LC 2013 on, R1250GS

Excellent little storage Stuart Armitage on Mar 31, 2024

I needed somewhere to store a puncture kit and a pump, and this bag fits the bill. The quality is spot on and I really liked the roll top waterproof bag that came with it. It may be small but it does the job. You basically end up with a waterproof space that you can fit in anything up to 40mm thick.

The gap bag was purchased to store my puncture repair kit somewhere as the storage on the GS was a bit limited as I didn’t fit luggage all the time. Goes neatly between the rear rack and rear light cowl. Made of waterproof material and zip looks good and doesn’t spoil the look of the bike although it is a GS lol very pleased with my purchase. I even forgot to add the discount which Nippy Normans honoured retrospectively thank you.

Nice bit of kit. Well made and fits nicely between the rack and rear light. I use it to carry a disc lock and puncture kit.

Good quality bag. Just the right size for puncture repair kit and a few other bits that I carry every trip. Fits under rack and is not too obvious.

A very handy little bag that utilizes otherwise wasted space. The space inside the bag isn't very big (it was never expected to be) but it's handy for small items that you don't need access to very often (puncture repair kit, tools etc) The bag seems to be of the usual high quality expected of this brand and I expect it to last a long time.

It’s well made by expensive for what it is. Hi I do one cheaper and which also has side pouches giving more capacity which may be worth considering as an option if you are looking at this item.

Wanted it particularly to carry the puncture repair kit to save having to use the tank bag and it’s perfect for that. I can also get the visor cleaner in it but that’s about it. Well made, as expected

Very handy little bag, strong and easy to attach to your motorcycle. We keep our first aid kit, puncture repair kit and helmet cleaning spray and cloth.

Good for little odds and ends. Don't expect to fit to much else. Picture is a bit misleading. No way you would fit a can of drink. My tyre repair kit just fits and is very tight squeeze, but happy with that

Superbly made product. Very tight fit between the top of the light unit and underside of rack. You'll not get much in it other than your wallet and phone ... but that's enough for me.

This was small when it arrived but with a little care I have packed in all of the tools to carry out the basics - brake servicing, wheel changing, battery maintenance and insulating tape. There was also room for a tyre plugger kit and three gas cartridges! Quite inconspicuous when fitted too!

This is a very neat little bag which is also very well made. It fits quite unobtrusively between the rack and light unit but it is limited in space by the gap rather than the bag. I have a small tool roll which I wanted to put there; it would fit in the bag off the bike but not on it. If you are aware you can't get much in it then it is a good buy.

Nice product, although quite expensive for what is. Only managed to cram in a puncture repair kit and mini maglight torch.

The bag fits well in the space. And its not very visible once its in place - quite low key. The bag is quite small. So it can hold some visor wipes, some tissues, some hand wipes and not much more. I thought it was quite expensive considering its price.

Well made and appears to be good quality. Any space that's made useful on a bike is always a bonus and this item does the trick.

Well made bag. Does not scratch the bike when inserting. Velcro loop is strong and simple. Fits my tool kit. Would recommend not forgetting to leave it on the bike if unattended as it is not lockable.

Does exactly what it sets out to do. A very handy product. I keep my disc lock in it. It's not been out in really bad weather yet (neither has my bike!) My only minor niggle, is price, a bit too much. Overall very good.
