First off, the service from NN was, as always, exceptional. I purchased this seat to try and lower the overall height of the bike by a couple of inches, and it did exactly that. However, this came at the cost of comfort — which is to be expected when the seat is lower than stock. For me, the overall gain in height reduction was outweighed by the loss in comfort. I returned the seat for a full refund, which was processed just a few days later. Nevertheless, the seat itself was of great quality and fit perfectly without any issues

Sadly the seat didn't quite fit properly although it would have been very comfortable and the delivery/return service from Nippy Normans was outstanding hence the five stars
