The 21 front wheel is the hallmark of every true Enduro Bike.
Anyone who occasionally uses their Enduro seriously off the asphalt will more than appreciate the great advantages of a 21 front wheel. They have been known for a long time. And recognized: The larger wheel diameter ensures that the machine irons out rough uneven floors much better. This means that an enduro is noticeably more stable and controlled off-road, and this is particularly true on sandy or muddy surfaces, but also on bad asphalt routes. We deliberately designed the chassis in such a way that the advantages it brings off-road do not impair driving dynamics on the road. On the contrary.
The 19” front wheel that BMW equips the BMW R nineT Scrambler and the Urban G/S with ex works is due to the compromise of mass production. In addition to all the technical advantages mentioned, with the 21 front wheel conversion of the R nineT Urban G/S and the Scrambler, Wunderlich has given the R nineT Urban G/S and the Scrambler the coherent, not to say correct, appearance of an enduro. Without compromise.
The Wunderlich conversion consists of the 21-inch cross-spoke wheel, which allows the use of tubeless tires, the specially developed ABS ring, which is adapted to the BMW ABS, the Six days mudguard, the necessary installation kit and clear instructions for installation.
Features:
• Cross-spoke wheel 2.15 X 21
• Aluminium, black anodized, VA spokes for tubeless tires of size 90/90-21
• New wheel matching the rear wheel - made from one piece - identical hub
• Original parts (thru axle, bushing, fastening material, brake discs, etc.) can still be used
• ABS wreath, adapted from VA
• Angle tyre valve
• Mudguard
SPECIAL NOTE:
The prerequisite for this conversion is the 50 mm lift which creates the necessary space for the new wheel.
